A guide for those who do not tolerate profiling

The voters of AZ are not racist. They want their schools to perform better and they don't particularly feel a responsibility to educate the children of those who do not respect our laws. They don't want to have to wait in line at the emergency room. They are tired of drunk drivers with no license, no insurance and no registration rear-ending them or running down their mail boxes.

The voters of AZ are not interested in pondering "families being ripped apart," nor should they be. That is the responsibility of the person who broke the law by crossing the border in order to enjoy the generosity extended to citizens ( or, in short, to birth a child). They have no respect for US laws, US values, US voters and US taxpayers; yet they demand "human rights." Do those of us who abide by the law not have "human rights?"

The voters of AZ are hoping that someday we can appreciate cultural diversity, rather than tolerating criminal invasion.

Phoenix City Council Taxes Food

All too often, we look for quick fixes when facing cuts in services. Groceries need to be purchased. Those who cannot afford to travel to Glendale or Tempe for groceries will definitely help maintain our vital city services by eating. Of course, those who get food stamps are exempt from this tax, but they don't work anyway so they don't need transportation. Here are some other taxing options that Phoenicians should DEMAND their councilman and councilwoman pass.

Raise taxes on spray paint. How much does the City spend on Cement Gray and Indian Tan annually? Let the taggers and their neglectful "parents" help offset the cost of Graffiti Busters and its equipment. By the way, Graffiti Busters needs more cameras. I want to see those cameras up and flashing because THAT generates revenue too.

Raise taxes on alcohol. Beer cans and broken bottles litter our alleys (until a homeless person comes along to pick up the can and rifle through my garbage, adding to the debris in the alley) and streets. Call it a sin tax, but I prefer to call it a luxury tax. Oh, hell, raise taxes on tobacco too. Have you ever spent a morning at a park clean-up picking up cigarette butts?? By the way, these two jokers are professional panhandlers whose turf is the corner of Indian School and the Black Canyon frontage road. ALWAYS drunk. Always annoying drivers for money. ALWAYS leaving their garbage on the side of the road. Somehow, you are paying for their drink and general sloth.



We need to tax luxuries, not creature comforts! If the drunk PARENTS of children who live in the apartment complex down the street just HAVE to drink two cases of beer each every weekend, then leave their litter all over the street for me to walk my dog past in the morning, let them pay for it! I'll be happy to pay more for any alcohol I purchase, because I do not need it. And they don't need it either, even though they buy it anyway. Wow, what a great opportunity... taxing something people THINK they need!

Tax junk food, NOT fresh vegetables. Children do not need Cheetos and ice cream sandwiches from the weird guy in the van trolling up and down my street playing Christmas music in July. Children need protein. I want soda pop taxed.

Liquor licenses should be more costly. This dude below was snapped stumbling down the alley right after he tossed his paper bag with a bottle inside over someone's wall. Nice mullet too.




So, yet AGAIN, the City Council is forcing responsible people who make nutritious food a priority, to foot the bill for police officers, who respond mostly to calls associated with those who are making unhealthy purchases a priority. If we didn't have so many people making unwise purchases and consuming unhealthy things, we wouldn't need so many police officers! We wouldn't need Graffiti Busters at all!

But of course, we can't raise taxes on Bud Light and Corona ooooh no.
